Renting contract and deposit payment

Once the contact has been established, then, we send you the renting contract of our Studio apartment in duplicate.

You then need to sign those two identical rentinng contracts, and post them both to us once filled and signed, with the payment of deposit which corresponds to 30% of the final price. Once we receive those two contract with payment, the booking process is finished.

We will then send you an email or contact you to inform that we have received the two signed renting contracts along with your payment.

Contracts Exchange

Then we promise you, once receipt of your letter, to post a copy of one of the two contracts, once signed by us: this will end the booking process. This process will ensure you that you have booked our studio apartment for this period.
