New furnished and detached Studio apartment of approximately 20 m2, for 2 or 3 people + a baby (one clic-clac + 1 additional bed + 1 baby bed).

This studio is located in a calm and quiet place with beautiful view on Belledonne mountains.
A lot of storage spaces :

• A Cupboard with walk-in cupboard,
• A fitted kitchen,
• A television furniture,
• A bathroom furniture.

An independent garden with approximately 100m2 of lawn, a garden table with shared barebecue,
A shared parking in a closed property.

Availabilities and Prices

Renting from the arrival day 16 hours to departure day 10 hours.
Indicated prices are free of charge between march and october included :

• The availability of our studio is summarized below for the next weeks : 

• For French Christmas holidays, 250€ per week.

• Price for 3 adjoining weeks : 400 Euros.
  (apart from french school holidays).

Long Week-end possible:

• From Friday 16h to Sunday 10h: 75€
• Extended Week-end (3 nights): 95€
• From monday to friday: 115€

Deposit cheques are asked at the arrival :

• 150 euros for the renting of the studio.
• 40 euros for housework.

Services for free:

• Television + DVD player,
• Air-conditioning,
• Blankets,
• Pillows.

Possible additional Services:

Possibility to rent for the journey:
Sheets + towels + tea towels :

• 10 euros for two people.
• 15 euros for three people.

Shared washing machine, (if we are here):

• 3 Euros per washing (otherwise a launderette is located at 5 kms).
